
Our Story
Compa Munchies is more than just a brand… it’s a story of faith, family, and determination.
Everything started in 2020, after COVID hit. At that time, Emmanuel and I, Graciela, found ourselves in a difficult situation, with only $500 to our name. We decided to take a risk and invest it all into what is now our dream.
We began in our apartment kitchen. I was in charge of logistics, marketing, shipping, and packing, while Emmanuel focused on perfecting the recipes that are now known across the United States, Mexico, and Central America.
From those humble beginnings, we continued to grow. We moved from our kitchen to our home garage, then into a 3,500 square foot space, and today we proudly operate in a 14,000 square foot warehouse.
Our products have reached different parts of the world, including Europe, Dubai, El Salvador, Honduras, Peru, and even Asia. We are proud to say that we are a 100% family owned business, built with hard work, sacrifice, and love.
What started as a brand primarily marketed to the Latino community has now expanded far beyond. Today, people from many different backgrounds enjoy our products, from our cocadas to our spicy, sweet, and tangy candies.
We have had the opportunity to work with and fulfill cravings for major public figures such as Brincos Dieras, Grupo Firme, Daisy Anahy, Régulo Caro, Larry Hernández, Kenia Ontiveros, Thalía, Noel Torres, Los Nuevos Rebeldes, and Kevin Contreras, among many others.
Our products have also been tried and shared across social media by content creators such as MustBeCindy, Oscar Ortiz, The Aguilars, Garcia Twins, Murillo Twins, LessDoMakeup, Eli Esparza, and Itati Lopez, helping spread our brand to audiences around the world.
Through platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, we have expanded our reach to new audiences. In 2024, we were proud sponsors of the Tomateros de Culiacán, reflecting our roots and cultural pride.
In 2025, we remained in the top 10 in national sales within our category, and in 2026, we were recognized at the TikTok Awards for our sales performance, solidifying our impact in the digital marketplace.
We are now proudly in over 50 stores and continue to grow every day. Every step forward is thanks to your support. You are part of this dream and the legacy we are building for our children.
